When do you meet?

Tech Talk Toastmasters Detroit meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month on the 1st Floor of the TechTown Detroit Building, 440 Burroughs Street, Detroit, MI 48202
Networking begins at 5:30 PM.
Meeting start at 6:00 PM and finish at 7:30 PM

How do Tech Talk build learship skills?

Each member has the ability to participate in every Tech Talk Toastmaster meeting. You will learn critical leadership skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Learn how to lead an effective, lively, and energetic meeting that runs on time and keeps the audience engaged, while at the same time helps members grow.

What does a typical meeting look like?

As members of a Toastmasters club, we learn to be effective communicators and leaders. By fulfilling meeting roles, we all learn how to give instructions, explain our roles, speak to the audience and gain more confidence getting up in front of people. The Vice President-Education assigns members to roles on our monthly schedule sent out a week before the next month.
